Lowered Utility Bills – By keeping the air conditioner condensing coils clean, the compressor runs lower refrigerant pressures and the outdoor fan motor runs cooler. A clean air filter allows for proper air flow, maintaining the proper refrigerant pressures in the indoor evaporator coil and allowing the indoor fan motor to run cooler. Less energy is consumed which means lower electric bills.

Extended Equipment Life – New replacement systems can cost from $6,000.00 to $10,000.00. Maintaining your investment now will keep your equipment running efficiently and at maximum capacity with fewer repairs.
