Extended Service Hours

We’ve got you covered when you need us most. From June through August, our hours extend to Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Regular hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. (Closed Sundays.)

Comprehensive Seasonal Maintenance

Spring Maintenance

  1. Replace indoor air filters.
  2. Clean UV bulbs (if applicable).
  3. Prepare humidifiers for summer use (if
    applicable).
  4. Clean condensate drain pans and piping; replace
    tubing as needed.
  5. Clean and lubricate blower motors.
  6. Measure air flow temperatures.
  7. Thoroughly clean condenser coils with
    professional-grade cleaner.
  8. Clean and lubricate outdoor fan motors.
  9. Inspect and tighten electrical connections and
    contactors.
  10. Measure compressor and motor amp draws.
  11. Evaluate operating temperatures and pressures.
  12. Inspect safety controls for optimal performance.

Fall Maintenance

  1. Replace indoor air filters.
  2. Clean UV bulbs (if applicable).
  3. Replace humidifier evaporator pads and prepare for
    winter use (if applicable).
  4. Clean and inspect pilot assemblies, thermocouples,
    flame sensors, and igniters.
  5. Clean burner assemblies.
  6. Check gas valve operations and adjust pressure as
    needed.
  7. Inspect and clean heat exchangers.
  8. Conduct carbon monoxide testing.
  9. Check carbon monoxide and smoke detectors (if
    applicable).
  10. Measure air flow temperatures.
  11. Inspect and tighten electrical connections.
  12. Verify safety controls for proper functionality.
  13. Examine flues for leaks or hazards.
  14. Test heat pump operation (if applicable).
